1. Our Guarantee to You

Every product offered on our platform is subject to unavoidable assurances under the Australian Consumer Law. In addition to reimbursement for any other reasonably anticipated loss or damage, you are entitled to a replacement or refund in the event of a major failure. If the items are not of acceptable quality and the failure does not constitute a major failure, you also have the right to have them repaired or replaced.

The following are examples of “acceptable quality” in relation to firearms:

It is safe to use the firearm.

There are no manufacturing flaws in the firearm.

The firearm satisfies the requirements and description listed on our website.

2. Returns for Major vs. Minor Failures

Due to strict regulations, returning firearms is a little different than returning other retail items.

Significant Errors
A serious malfunction happens if the gun:

is not safe to release.

has a flaw that, if you had known about it, would have prevented you from purchasing it.

differs greatly from the sample or description displayed.

cannot be readily resolved in a timely manner.

Your Remedy: Depending on stock availability and your position as a Permit to Acquire, you are entitled to either a replacement or a complete refund.

Small Errors
Any flaw that can be fixed in a fair amount of time is considered a small failure (e.g., a cosmetic blemish or a replaceable minor part).

Your Remedy: We will offer a free repair. If we cannot repair the item within a reasonable time, you may then opt for a replacement or a refund.

3. The “Change of Mind” Policy

Please make a thoughtful decision. Refunds or exchanges for “change of mind” are often not available from [Your Business identity] after a firearm has been shipped or the serial number has been linked to your identity.

Restocking Fees: A 15% restocking and administrative fee will be charged to cover the expenses of re-registering the firearm and verifying the serial number if we accept a return for a non-faulty item (at our discretion).

PTA Denials: We will reimburse your money less a $100 processing fee to cover storage and administrative expenses if the police deny your Permit to Acquire (PTA) after you have bought a handgun.

We are unable to provide a repair or refund if

Misuse, such as using the wrong or “hot-loaded” hand-reloaded ammunition, caused harm to the firearm.

The owner or an unlicensed gunsmith have altered the pistol.

Normal wear and tear over an extended length of time is the cause of the issue.

Unless a serious safety issue is discovered, the item is offered “as-is” and is a “Consignment Sale”—a used firearm sold on behalf of a third party.

7. Refund Processing

After our head gunsmith receives and examines the returned firearm:

The initial payment method will be used to handle refunds.

We need to confirm the “Notice of Transfer” with the Police Firearms Registry first, so please let us 7 to 10 business days before the money shows up in your account.
